• BMR Motors & affiliated finance companies may undertake a fines check with the Ministry Of Justice, which may be carried out by a credit reporting agency on our behalf.
• A check with NZTA to verify your Drivers license.
• All other necessary inquiries with credit reporting agencies, credit providers, accountants, employer(s), relatives, any motor vehicle traders or dealers or any other agent whom you may be dealing with, government departments or other person(s) such as personal, financial & commercial information & references about you necessary for the purpose of considering your loan application.
• We may produce this authority (or a copy thereof) to such parties for the purpose of collecting such information.
• Enquiries with credit reporting agencies or those who may hold your information on their credit reporting databases may be used for credit reporting purposes and information disclosed to its subscribers.
• Upon obtaining finance requested BMR Motors:
• Will provide the information requested, to licensed financial loan providers and insurers to support your loan application.
• May contact any type of professional body including other finance companies and/or budget advisors with which you’ve had previous dealings or appear to have had previous dealings.
• Contact any government departments including, but not limited to; Land Information NZ, Housing NZ, NZ Government Immigration Service, Department of Corrections, Work and Income NZ, Ministry of Social Development, Insolvency Trustee Service and Land Transport Safety Authority for the purposes of seeking information about you in the course of obtaining credit with a licensed loan provider or insurers.
• BMR Motors is arranging funding through a licensed third-party lender, and may provide this statement, together with any personal information gathered to any prospective third-party lender(s). Where the personal information may readily be retrieved, you shall have access to it, the right to request correction and the right to be notified of action taken in response to any such request, subject to payment of reasonable charges.
• That the information set out in this application is true full & accurate and BMR Motors will retain copies of all originating documents as required by law.
